    Happy Happy release day!

  2. Willow Wood says:

This has honestly been sitting in my Amazon basket since it was available for pre-order. I’ve been saving my pennies until I’m in a comfortable place to buy MORE books. Today is the day, An Accident of Stars. Consider it bought.

  3. I HAVE MY COPY AND I AM ALREADY IN ABSOLUTE LOVE WITH IT! This is the epic social-justice themed fantasy the Untold Story was too preachy to be. ALL THE FABULOUS WOMEN. AHHHH.

I will not apologise for the caps-lock ❀

Head's up, though; I have the Kindle edition, and there's a fair few typos in it? I realise this isn't your doing, it's an editing/publishing problem, but maybe you could poke someone about it – the most common one is '.S' at several instances that I think are meant to be paragraph breaks, but are instead just missing spaces. Happens with dialogue marks and some other letters too occasionally.

But I’m loving it so much so far that I am actually managing to ignore my ocd, which ought to say it all, really.

  4. Kate Elliott says:

    Happy Book Birthday!

  5. Mrkvica says:

Just finished it, after reading a love-filled review on Tor website. It was a wonderful read. I cared about all the characters just a few pages after meeting them. Would love to meet them again. Thank you!

  6. Lindsey says:

I happened to find this while marooned on a bookstore for a bit. It really grabbed me in a way that a fantasy novel hasn’t been able to do in a long time. Looking forward to the second part!

  7. Morgan Sheridan says:

I just finished reading An Accident of Stars last night. Spent the last couple days curled up with it! Good story, loved the characters and the diversity which was deftly done. I’m looking forward to the next volume!
